Dear competitor of the FiA-GTC-TC,

our participation in the Event of "6 Hours Spa" has just been officially cancelled by the FiA, which means that there will be no races held there for the FiA-GTC'65, FiA-TC'65 as well the FiA-GTC-TC'76.

Therefore the last racing event for the 2006 season will definitely be Dijon (F) on 01.03. September 2006

Dear participant of the FiA-GTC-TC,

Although the FiA has still not cancelled our participation at the event "6-Hours-Spa" (I have been waiting since May for the FiA to come to a decision), I wish to call to your attention that in my point of view that the FiA-GTC-TC would not start in Spa. At any rate, our series is not listed any longer in the Spa timetable. Please contact the FiA directly regarding this matter.

Moreover I wish to inform you that I would be ceasing my function as the promoter, coordinator and the FiA-GTC-TC Secretariat at the end of this season. This means that our event in Dijon (F) (F) 01.-03.09.2006 would be the last FiA-Event organised by myself. Therefore I would be very pleased over a large participation of the FiA-GTC-TC drivers. I will of course keep you informed as to how things will proceed next year with the Historic GT and Touring Cars.

You will find the timetable and the competitor lists of Dijon on our website under the points "Events-Dijon".

Dear friends of the FiA-GTC-TC,

The classification tables after Oschersleben, the provisional timetable (a few Series are still missing since not all the agreements have been signed as yet), a hotel list and the provisional competitor lists of Mantorp Park are online !

4 races (each lasting 30 minutes) will be held once again - but only the best result of Saturday and the best result of Sunday will count towards the Championship.

Unfortunately I can only answer your inquiries from 7. August onwards since I will be away in Kenya on a safari.

Truck-Driving-ban

Dear competitors of the Jim Clark Revival,

As you all know, the Monday 1 May 2006 after the Jim Clark Revival is a public holiday and such, there is a driving ban for all trucks on the German motorway.

It is therefore very important that the concerned participants must submit an exemption form which will allow them to drive with their trucks in Germany on Sunday and bank holiday Monday.

Please find in the download this exemption form (written in German and with a translation of the words used). Please be informed that the form must be filled out in German. To make things easier for everybody, we have formulated a reason for exemption from the driving ban in German. You can state this reason in German, thereby making sure that you is granted the exemption.

The original German form must be sent back to the address given on the first page of the document. The original document must reach the German authorities in Hockenheim before 15. April 2006. The exemption fee will be 25,- Euro - you will receive an invoice directly from the city of Hockenheim.... >>>
