Dear Participant of the International Historic Grand Prix Hockenheim,

 

I hope that you have all received our Email regarding our event “Jim Clark - Revival” (consisting of Event regulation, Competitor lists, Paddock plan, Timetable, Driver’s Briefing, Entry confirmation, etc. )

 

Please pay due attention to the contents of your entry confirmation.

 

1. Entry

 

Please enter your name and starting number ( see competitor list ) on your entry confirmation to enable a smooth entry to the drivers’ paddock. Show this on entry to the drivers’ paddock please ( Container / Barrier ).

 

2. FIA-GTC-TC Annual Prize-giving Ceremony for 2004 Season

 

In order to be able to plan our Friday evening properly, I urgently need from everybody the exact number of participating persons. Although quite a few have already reacted to our last Information letter, unfortunately there has been no reaction so far from the most.

 

The annual prize-giving ceremony will take place on Friday evening, 22.04.2005 at 19.30 hours on the covered terrace of the “Start / Finishing line”of the Hockenheimring Hotel. (The entrance to the terrace is either through a tunnel leading from the drivers paddock near the “Mobil tower” or through the main entrance of the hotel).

 

There will be a small champagne reception, a barbecue and of course the trophies.

 

Each team which was registered in the 2004 season will receive two Entry Ribbons free of charge. All the other teams can purchase at the Administration Centre of the FIA-GTC-TC further Ribbons for the sum of only 20,- €.

 

Please either fax or email urgently your answer until Monday 18.04.2005. ( see Attachment ).

 

3. Second FIA-GTC-TC racing event in Most

 

Unfortunately only very few of our competitors have sent in entries for our event in Most ( see attached Competitor lists and Timetable ).

 

I have to know by the latest Wednesday 20.04.2005 who, other than those who have already sent in their entries, still wish to participate in Most so that the organiser can plan ahead. (Entries only by fax or email please ).
